Amit Chatterjee is an accomplished Executive Coach and Entrepreneur based in Mumbai, India.

With over 30 years of experience, he has established himself as a highly skilled leader in the areas of business strategy, business development, and people excellence.

Since leaving his last corporate job in 2014, Amit has pursued his passion for entrepreneurship and executive coaching. He serves as a Director with ProgressU India, one of the pioneers of Business Coaching in Asia.

Amit is also actively involved in several advisory boards, including, a global provider of ITSM, ITOM and Workflow Automation services,, and Furthermore, he serves as an Independent Director at Saboo Bros.

Throughout his career, Amit has demonstrated a strong commitment to personal growth and development. He is a student of Vedanta and enjoys reading the Bhagwad Gita in his free time. Additionally, Amit practices long-distance speed walking and Yoga to cater to his physical body.

He has served as Country Director for HP India Sales Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for driving growth strategy and P&L for HP Software India. Amit also held the position of Head of Alliances for HP Software in the Asia Pacific & Japan region, where he was responsible for nurturing relationships with large partners to expand coverage and enhance revenue growth.

In his several years at HP India, he has served as Country Sales Manager for HP Software, responsible for the OpenView and OpenCall businesses for India. During his tenure, he grew the business manifold, with OpenView business becoming the market leader in India and OpenCall business becoming the second-largest in the Asia Pac & Japan region.

In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Amit holds an MDP in Business Administration and Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology. Amit is also passionate about mentoring and coaching founders and professionals, and he has played an instrumental role in the success of many C-Suite Executives and professionals unlock their full potential.
